Richard and Mey Ly’s wedding was equal parts cinematic and chaotic in the best way. A clifftop ceremony at Panorama House overlooking the escarpment, coastal portraits at Austinmer Beach with their Bernese pup Winnie, and a reception at The Highline that went absolutely off.
The ceremony was intimate and emotional, with sweeping views stretching out behind them as they said their vows. Afterwards, we headed down to the coast for portraits among the rocks and sand, with Winnie stealing frames left and right. The shift from the dramatic clifftop to the relaxed, golden beach light gave us a beautiful range to work with, and these two brought the energy to match.
Then came The Highline. The groomsmen literally dunked basketballs on their way in, there was Cambodian music, a gelato cart, and a surprise song from Richard that caught Mey completely off guard. The whole night was loud, joyful, and unapologetically them, exactly the kind of celebration that fills every frame with something worth remembering.
